Enable Gem embedding in Chalice

- Players go to NPC Phoenix Exchanger (160; 39) to exchange the old Amethyst Platinum Chalice LV15-LV20 for the new Amethyst Platinum Chalice with 1 gem slot.
- Proceed to consolidate the new Amethyst Platinum Chalice LV15.
- To embed gems, players use the Upgrade Gear function to convert the holy chalice.
- After embedding gems, use the Upgrade Gear function again to convert to the equippable Holy Chalice.
